A Review of Alternative Procedures to the Bond Ball Mill Standard Grindability Test

Over the years, alternative procedures to Bond grindability test have been proposed aiming avoid need for standard mill or reduce and simplify grinding procedure. Some of them use mill, while others are based on a non-standard computation techniques. Therefore, papers targeting propose better claim improve validity, duration, simpler faster methods determining work index (wi). In this review paper, compilation critical analysis selected proposals is performed, concluding that some short could be useful control purposes, simulation-based interesting within process digitalisation strategy.
